MATCOM Operations collects contact information, work history, qualifications, references, application answers and your application signature for recruiting and HR review.

Saved progress

Unfinished progress is saved in this browser tab. Closing the tab may remove it. On a shared device, discard saved progress when finished. Cross-device saving requires a signed-in account using the same email; account drafts expire after 30 days.

Application access

Authorized HR administrators review submitted applications. You can view your own application through the candidate portal using the email on your application. Requested documents are uploaded privately through that portal.

Identity and screening

Do not include Social Security numbers, identity documents or medical information in this application. HR provides any applicable screening disclosure and authorization separately. Application submission is not authorization to obtain a consumer report.

Questions and requests

Contact personnelmanagement@matcomops.org for corrections, access assistance, retention questions, deletion requests or an accommodation. Submitted hiring records may need to be retained under applicable requirements.
